I recently visited this auto repair shop and had a positive experience overall. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain what needed to be done to my vehicle, which I appreciated. They were efficient in their work, and my car was ready sooner than I expected! However, the waiting area could use a bit of modernization to make it more comfortable while customers wait. A few more seating options or maybe some magazines would go a long way. Still, the quality of work made up for that. I would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

They not only assessed the damage promptly but also explained the entire repair process in detail, which really helped ease my worries. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, and I appreciated the free coffee while I waited. The turnaround time was fantastic too; I got my car back in less than a week. When I saw the finished product, I was blown away by how perfectly they matched the paint! It looked brand new! My only suggestion would be to improve their online presence, as I found it a bit hard to get all the information I needed before visiting. What an amazing experience! I took my car here for some minor repairs and was pleasantly surprised by the level of service I received. From the friendly staff to the meticulous work they did, everything was top-notch. They even washed my car before handing it back to me, which was a lovely touch I didn't expect! The advice I received about maintaining my car was also invaluable. However, I did notice that they were quite busy, which made scheduling a bit tricky. I had a great experience bringing my car here for a collision repair. The staff was knowledgeable and attentive, answering all my questions and keeping me updated on the progress. The repair work itself was impressive; my car looks as good as new! They even helped me navigate through my insurance claim, making the whole process much easier. The only downside was that I had to wait a little longer than I anticipated for the repair to be completed, but they communicated well throughout, so it wasn't too frustrating. Overall, I’m very satisfied and would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing auto body work.
